Please be extremely careful in entering the correct address information. We cannot guarantee the ability to make accommodations for incorrectly entered addresses after orders have been placed. While we will make every effort to correct all information, we have no control of items once they are in transit.

1.) ETA, system details, and international policy

 

Due to production and logistical delays from COVID-19 and high demand, all fulfillment is delayed. At this time, please allow a 2-14 day (or longer) processing time before your order ships. This variable is affected by the number of items in your order. If your order has not shipped in over 21 days, please contact us. We will make sure you receive you order. 

 

After shipment, US orders will generally take 3-7 days to arrive to you. For international orders, please note massive airline cancellations and general logistical strain has caused substantial delays. During this time, please expect 1-4 weeks or substantially longer for your order to arrive depending on your location in the world. Our distribution is US-based and will arrive sooner to customers in the country. We do not offer expedited shipping options as of now. We are not responsible for customs fees that apply to your country. We do not have the ability to ensure your package has a successful passage through the customs system of every country. 

2.) Lost items / cancellations

We cannot replace all items which are lost in transit. 

Due to certain circumstances surrounding our fulfillment, orders cannot be cancelled and we cannot guarantee the ability to modify order details once an order has been placed. Please make sure the correct product specification is entered upon ordering.

RETURNS

 

Due to the capacity and structure of our logistics and management systems at this time, we cannot offer refunds or exchanges. All sales are final. We do not replace orders that were delivered to incorrectly entered addresses.

 

 If your product is defective in any way, you have seven days to contact us after the time of the arrival of the item.

We will work with you comprehensively until you are fully satisfied.
